Sauna

The old Romans have built already hot baths and spent a lot of time in them. These baths were very popular, which is witnessed by the fact, that dealings were bargained about and political decisions were made here. Even though mankind knows these kind of hot baths more than 2000 years, we are still revealing what kind of different effects do the water procedures bring along. Sauna isn’t a „pureblooded“water procedure, it could be marked also as an effective heat manipulation.

The regular usage of the sauna can have the following influence on the organism:

Physiotherapy

Professional physiotherapist offers in his centre health care in the area rehabilitation and guidance for healthy lifestyle. I‘m specialized in sport physiotherapy, locomotor disorder care, surgical and accident rehabilitation. I have multiyear experience from the mentioned areas.

The certificate from DPT (physiatry) I gained in 1995, in the period from 1999 to 2002 I’ve worked as a physiotherapist in the sport club Al Shabab Al Arabi Club Dubai. Since then I’m continuing own practice, at the moment I’m a member of FK DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda realization team.

As a priority of our rehabilitation centre we consider individual approach to all the clients according to needs, professional performed rehabilitation in a nice, familiar and friendly atmosphere. Our offer includes:
